Job Creators Network Reacts to the Supreme Court’s Loper Bright Enterprises Decision Overruling Chevron

“The Supreme Court’s decision to overrule the Chevron precedent is a major victory for American small businesses. It finally reins in out-of-control regulators and bureaucrats who have for too long acted as unelected and unaccountable enemies of Main Street. Overregulation is one of the biggest challenges small businesses face, and this ruling is transformational in diminishing this threat and regulators’ power. Political independents should keep such sensible and constitutional Supreme Court rulings that preserve American liberty in mind when they cast their vote for president on Election Day.”
