Biden’s Tax Hikes Would Shrink Job Opportunities, Not the Deficit

“President Biden and Democrats are ramping up their war on small businesses with proposed tax hikes that would reduce job opportunities, not the deficit. By expropriating more money to Washington DC, Biden’s plan would deprive communities and Main Streets of the resources they need to thrive. Biden wants to reverse the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which he claims added to the debt and helped the 1%. But in reality, tax revenues are up 33% since the TCJA passed, and the top 1% are paying a greater share of taxes than ever before. The only way to eliminate the deficit is by reducing spending, but Biden and Democrats would rather punish successful small business owners to generate positive headlines in the mainstream media.”
